A design that starts with youThe architect listens to how you want to live, then draws the project: the rooms, the light, the terraces and the way the house sits on the plot. You decide from a plan, not on site, and for larger projects you see a 3D design before the building work starts.

Technical documents and licencesA licence from the town hall needs technical documents. The architects and technical architects we work with prepare them, and we apply for the licence for you. Your written quote says which licence your project needs and how long it usually takes.

Supervision on siteThe technical architect supervises the building work on site and checks that it follows the project. When a question comes up during the build, it is answered on site, and your contact person keeps you informed with photos and reports.

For renovations and extensions tooAn architect is not only for new houses. Opening a kitchen to the living room, removing a wall, adding a floor or a room: these need the structural checks an architect must make first. We include them in the project and in the written quote.

We visit the property, listen to you and take measurements. The visit is free.

Design and written quote

You receive a clear written quote: the price, what is included and the dates. For pools and larger projects we also make a 3D design.

Planning and schedule

We agree the start date, the order of the works and the materials before anything begins.

The build, with a site manager

Our partner team on site does the work. One person manages it and reports to you, on WhatsApp or by phone.

Handover and guarantee

We check the finished work together with you. You get the keys, and the work comes with a guarantee.

You decide on the design together with the architect. For everything else, one person from Home Team is your contact, so you do not need to manage the architect, the licence and the build yourself.

It depends on the work. Changes to the structure, such as removing a wall or adding a floor, need an architect first. For other work, we tell you at the visit whether an architect is needed.

Yes. Send us the plans and a few photos. The architects we work with look at them and tell you what is still needed before the licence and the build.
