The plot firstBefore anything is drawn, the architects we work with check what your plot allows: how much you can build, how high and where on the plot. We also look at the ground and at the access for machines, because both change how the house is built.

Design and licenceThe architects design the house with you, room by room, and prepare the technical documents for the licence. We handle the application at the town hall for you, and the written quote shows which licence applies to your new house.

Building the houseOur partner team on site does the building work, and one person manages it and reports to you. The technical architects supervise the building work on site. We respect the environment and the safety of everyone on site.

Homes, and commercial work tooWe build villas, bungalows and family houses, and we also take on commercial and civil works. Whatever the project, you get one point of contact on the island, a plan agreed with you, and the price in writing before anything begins.

Our partner team on site does the work. One person manages it and reports to you, on WhatsApp or by phone.

Handover and guarantee

We check the finished work together with you. You get the keys, and the work comes with a guarantee.

Yes. One person is your contact for design, permits, the build and the handover. You make decisions by message, and you receive photos and reports at each stage of the building work.

Yes. We design and build the pool with the house, so the pool, the terrace and the garden are planned together. You see the pool as a 3D design before the building work starts.
