Everything agreed before it startsBefore anything begins, you receive the written quote with the price, what is included and the dates. Then we agree the start date, the order of the building work and the materials together, so everyone works from the same plan.

Decisions by messageA project brings many small choices, such as a tap, the place of a socket or the colour of the grout. Your contact sends you each question by message, with a photo where it helps. You reply when it suits you, and the answer stays in writing.

Handover and the keysAt the end, we check the finished work together. If you are on the island, we walk through every room with you. If you are abroad, we agree beforehand how the check is done. Then the keys are handed to you or to the person you choose.

Planning and schedule

Our partner team on site does the work. One person manages it and reports to you, on WhatsApp or by phone.

Handover and guarantee

We check the finished work together with you. You get the keys, and the work comes with a guarantee.
